All I know is, a low-level PSYOP gambit is the "Whispering Voice" which offers suggestions, reinforcements, and INFORMATION to those who are labelled "Psychic" and in fact are only virtual mules who deliver the laundered information to the authorities and/or other "Psychics" in the "Community" who are targeted for disinformation, or worse. This technique can be used at "Seances" so the context and expectations are perfectly tailored for "Hearing from another reality . . .", etc.
After all, most of us know less that the few who know more than the rest of us, right??? |
