i had a member of my team put these bills under a microscope and see what the secret symbols are all about,after evaluating my members findings i will say and stipulate clearly that the only symbol merchants look at is the numerical value of the bill,:)

Is it possible that the 'owl' is a security feature of some kind, perhaps a warning to counterfitters?
