Japan controls the Pakistani government.

Pakistani presidents have been Japanese.

Their birthdays obviously tell their origin, the Tokugawa clan.

Their birthdays are particularly auspicious for the Tokugawa clan.

The Tokugawa clan is a powerful samurai family of Japan.

The Queen of England is German. Does this mean that the Germans control England?

Was Ireland in control of the US when Kennedy and Reagan were Presidents?

Sorry, I'm just not seeing it. If I was to take a wild guess, I would say that Saudi Arabia controls Pakistan more than anyone else.
