One of the teenagers throws something at the car, but I find it suspicious that they were ready with riot (non lethal) weapons, shooting the offender, and then people who are just standing around. :-P

Looks like those teenagers knew something they weren’t supposed to...

In Africa, you just get a shank by one of the locals. The cops are too busy! :-P
