That's great, but I'm not so sure we voted them in.

Doesn't matter at this point how they got in except as a warning of what to watch for in the next election. You are wise to doubt it, but the fact remains, they are serving as elected representatives and, as such, are subject to recall or impeachment.
We have to be willing to hit the streets in all their home districts, take it home to them, and make their crooked lives a living hell where no place is off limits to enraged citizens. Leave them no place to run - no place to hide. Defeat their re-election, sponsor a Constitutional candidate to run against them; think in terms of running yourself after you become educated regarding the Constitution.
Vote with your wallets, make it public who the special interest groups are who are pouring large sums of money into their campaigns and then boycott the hell out of them. The un-Constitutional personal income tax allows the government to borrow money and pour it into the coffers of the arms/war industries, otherwise known as the military-industrial complex, resulting in perpetual "pre-emptive" wars.
You could stop paying income tax until they can SHOW YOU THE LAW that says they can lawfully (Constitutionally) force you to do it. (There isn't one) Look at it this way, the meals and living conditions are better in Federal prisons than in the American gulags where anyone who stands up for liberty will be sent under fascism and martial law. Then, when Ron is elected, he can pardon us all.
A vote for Ron Paul is the most revolutionary, peaceful and painless act you can perform to bring about positive change.
If you are under the misguided impression that you can continue to live life as you know it after Bush without Ron Paul as the next President, let me tell you now that you are WRONG. in spades.
It may already by too late if the loonies go in and bomb Iran. We will not get the chance to vote for Ron Paul or anyone else. Do you really think Bush will willingly let go of the reins of power after being a "little dictator" (the decider) for eight years? Where do we go from there to get our freedoms back? His lawlessness is proving to be contagious, have you noticed?
We have to force the Congress to impeach Bush AND Cheney NOW, along with Gonzales and Pelosi, too, unless she initiates the impeachment proceedings.
You are more powerful than you realize. There's a helluva lot more of us than there are of them. They need to realize that we are paying attention and will take action if they don't to restore Constitutional government.
When peaceful revolution is not possible, violent revolution takes place.
(BTW, the suggestion to stop paying income taxes was mine alone, the Ron Paul campaign does not suggest anyone to do this. It is just one of those personal freedoms that you can chose to exercise as a means to effect change since the concept of a direct tax without apportionment or enumeration is null and void.
He HAS stated most emphatically that he will seek to abolish the privately owned Federal (not) Reserve (none) and it's un-Constitutional collection apparatus, the IRS, a corporation)
