I will provide a RECORD of the Computer HI-jacking that has been perpetrated on me, you will not believe the F****** excuse they give me (my security software) for this intrusion of utter BS.

I ask myself WHY ME? this is the freekin 5th time this year??????? this after having the supposedly most advanced "security software" on the net.

Ok here we begin, I purchased a "security software" from TREND MICRO for 57 dollars, very reliable, and trusted company, OOOOKKKAY, I then get a E-mail from them saying that this person ************has used my 2 remaining downloads for there computers.. ISAY WTF! I send them a E-mail to question them and ask WTF!????

The "security software" does include 3 computers, so anyway, when I get back from work, I find my 2 extra downloads have been STOLEN from me. YES the perpetrator has SOMEHOW LOGGED ON TO MY COMPUTER and downloaded mynpurchase, aint that a BITCH! here is the actual E-mail the 'Security Software' compnay sent me. Now, you won't beleive this, but, this is the FREEKIN 5th time this year MY COMPUTER HAS BEEN HI-JACKED!

Here is the E-Mail they sent me regarding 'my problem'....

would be assisting you regarding your
questions and concerns about our product. I have carefully read your email and
I understand that you have a question regarding the unknown secondary user for
your program.

If I misunderstood your concern/s, please feel free in replying to this email
with more information regarding your inquiry.

I'm so sorry to hear that you encountered this problem and thank you so much for
giving us the chance to fix this. It seems that the upgrade on our database
server caused a few glitches. Rest assured this unknown user/s you have noticed
are no threat to your security.

This has just affected our database records and is only a problem on our end. We
deeply apologize for the inconvenience and worry this has caused you and
appreciate your patience and kind understanding on this matter.

As a resolution for this issue, we have corrected our records by removing
Lawrence Sheldon and Lawrence P Sheldon record under your purchased serial,
********************** As we have no capability of canceling any seats taken
by ,********* we replaced the registered names to
*************************** for the secondary seats of your license.

However, you don't need to worry about this as you are the primary user/owner of
this license, you have the right to manage your registration seats. So, if you
need to use the registration on another computer or if you need to transfer the
registration unto another, this is just very easy. During your next
registration, you will simply be asked to verify the registration by asking for
your registered e-mail address, which was used on your very first registration.
After this verification, you will have the option to transfer either of the
three current registrations seats for your serial.

Again, I would like to extend our apologies for this matter. We are aware of
this serial duplication and, for the meantime, what we can do is give a new
serial number to those who have been secondary users of their purchased serials.
Since you are the primary user, you will be able to instantly replace any
unknown secondary users of the serial/license.
