There's a major (Cat 4) hurricane in the Caymans named Paloma.

The latest a major hurricane made landfall in the US was Oct 25, 1921.

Current path doesn't show it actually headed for the US, but it is hooking in towards the East Coast of Florida, so it is worth keeping and eye on.

Is the government helping these hurricanes.

Scientists a step closer to steering hurricanes
"Last month scientists at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem announced that they had simulated the effect of sowing clouds with microscopic dust to cool the hurricane's base, also weakening it. The dust would attract water but would form droplets too small to fall as rain. Instead, they would rise and evaporate, cooling hot air at the hurricane base."

Scientists a step closer to steering hurricanes - Telegraph (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/1566898/Scientists-a-step-closer-to-steering-hurricanes.html)

In the 1960s and 1970s, the United States government attempted to weaken hurricanes through Project Stormfury by seeding selected storms with silver iodide.

And they are STILL going strong.

On October 22, utility giant Pacific Gas and Electric posted a “Notice Of Intention” in the Mt. Shasta Area Newspapers outlining their plan to conduct a five-year “weather modification” program in southern Siskiyou County.

Many wondered, “Wait a second… Our weather is going to be controlled by PG&E?”
According to the notice, the answer is yes, at least partly. For some Siskiyou County residents, this is an unsettling thought, and many are demanding more information.

The program, called the “Pit-McCloud Cloud Seeding – Ground Water Enhancement Project,” is one of several projects of its kind throughout California. It is slated to begin on November 15 of this year and will involve “cloud seeding” over a target area “east of McCloud town, north of Burney town, south of Medicine Lake and bounded on the east by the White Horse and Big Valley mountains,” according to the NOI. The goal of the program, states PG&E, is to increase precipitation in the McCloud and Pit River watersheds in order to promote and protect the production of hydroelectric power.

Let's see, how good is this for us??

The Office of Environment, Health and Safety, UC Berkeley, rates silver iodide as a Class C, non-soluble, inorganic, hazardous chemical that pollutes water and soil.(8) It has been found to be highly toxic to fish, livestock and humans.(6,7,8,9) Numerous medical articles demonstrate that humans absorb silver iodide through the lungs, nose, skin, and GI tract.(7,8,9) Mild toxicity can cause GI irritation, renal and pulmonary lesions, and mild argyria (blue or black discoloration of the skin). Severe toxicity can result in hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, shock, enlarged heart, severe argyria, and death by respiratory depression.

Moreover, a key manufacturer of silver iodide for weather modification, Deepwater Chemicals, warns of potential health effects of silver iodide in their Material Safety Data Sheet as follows:
Chronic Exposure/Target Organs: Chronic ingestion of iodides may produce “iodism”, which may be manifested by skin rash, running nose, headache and irritation of the mucous membranes. Weakness, anemia, loss of weight and general depression may also occur. Chronic inhalation or ingestion may cause argyria characterized by blue-gray discoloration of the eyes, skin and mucous membranes. Chronic skin contact may cause permanent discoloration of the skin.

Is Cloud Seeding Harmful (http://www.ranches.org/cloudSeedingHarmful.htm)

So, what does the current cloud seeding operation look like?

Some scientists and water resource managers are wary because they believe that weather modification research conducted thus far shows inconclusive results. They seek additional scientific investigations to demonstrate quantitatively the benefits of cloud seeding.
Others remain fully convinced that weather modification holds great promise to augment water resources. They believe its premise is sound and scientific findings promising. They believe its potential will be realized with more research and the eventual application of cloud seeding activities.

INCONCLUSIVE RESULTS???? WTF!!! Have you taken a look at the forests lately???

Following its destruction of tens of millions of lodgepole pine acres in Canada, the mountain pine beetle has nibbled its way south, killing forests throughout the Rocky Mountain West, including Northwest Colorado. Experts in Canada and the U.S. are beginning to call the insect epidemic the worst on record.

The Steamboat Pilot & Today: How the West was lost (http://www.steamboatpilot.com/news/2008/aug/03/how_west_was_lost/)

All these brilliant scientist can't put two and two together? Beetles take advantage of dead and dying trees. The sap from a healthy pine traps and kills the beatles. The beatles are the forests ways of cleaning it up from debris. The trees are also dying from the tops down, suggesting root issues, since it's hardest for the tree to get water to the top parts through the roots.

If you pump silver iodide over the trees, the trees gather this up, since they also act as air filters. Trees are dying.

People, will soon start dropping dead for no reasons. In fact, it's already happening. Perfectly healthy joggers, althletes, dropping dead. Increased asthma, diabetes, cancer, restless leg syndrome, erectile dysfunction, depression, alzheimers,.... you get the picture.

Now, what are we going to do about it?

I took this shot of the guys putting up a solar collection system.

Look at the sky.

And this is what the fallout looks like

This is from Deepwater Chemicals website

As a result of Deepwater's commitment to quality, Deepwater's silver iodide has set the standard for the weather modification industry for more than twenty years;

Not only are they spraying silver iodide, they are also spraying Liquid Carbon Dioxide, hence the blue hue to some trails, and the persistent haze.

Department of Meteorology, The University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah 84112, USA

Abstract. A precipitation augmentation experiment based
on a new airborne liquid carbon dioxide (LC) seeding at low
level of supercooled convective clouds was carried out in
Northern Kyushu, Japan. It is inferred that the new seeding
method consisting of LOLEPSHIN contributed to the growth
of artificially formed ice particles with horizontal spreading
of cloud volume through the artificially induced dynamic and
microphysical processes consisting of two fundamental processes,
RETHIT and FILAS. In addition, it was found that
dynamical interaction between the seeded and the adjacent
natural cumuli was important factor in the formation of the
secondary cumulus.

I took the above shot two days ago. I used a generic 10X Zoom camera. Aren't these planes supposed to be around 5 miles away? There is no major airport within 200 miles, and we are surrounded by 14,000 ft peaks.

Gone are the days of natural wind, snow and rain, clouds ... and even sunshine. Our sunlight is now filtered through a silvery-white metallic haze, creating glare as never before.
Mainstream media are reporting a phenomenon called "global dimming." NASA has admitted a major loss of sunlight to the earth in the last couple of decades -- as much as 20%. Here's the current logic peddled by authorities: An increase in passenger airline traffic is causing contrails that create a kind of artificial cloud cover, which is causing global dimming. We don't exactly know why, but we should be glad of this, as global dimming is one solution to global warming. Keeping sunlight off the earth will help to cool it.

However, as even a fool knows, loss of sunlight means plants cannot make food (remember photosynthesis?), and plants feed the entire food chain. So the spraying is blocking the sun, and a planet with less light will allow MOLDS and FUNGUS to grow

WITH farmers across most of NSW and Australia increasingly desperate for soaking rain, cloud seeding to coax reluctant clouds to dump their burden of moisture could be back on the agenda.
Cloud seeding usually involves spraying silver iodide from aircraft into promising clouds to provide nuclei around which water droplets will form.

Clouds may have silver lining yet - State News - Agribusiness and General - General - The Land (http://theland.farmonline.com.au/news/state/agribusiness-and-general/general/clouds-may-have-silver-lining-yet/12616.aspx)

I read the article Oct. 14, "Seeds in the clouds may protect seeds in the field." The Western Kansas Weather Modification Program wants to reduce the size of hail and increase rainfall by spraying silver iodide in the clouds.

Now, I don't know if this concerns anyone else, but I checked out a Material Safety Data Sheet on silver iodide just to see what this was and if there were any safety hazards - because we all know what goes up must come down.

This means silver iodide has been coming down into lakes, rivers, creeks, soil and your homes and onto you, your car and your children playing in the yard. This program started in 1975. How much of this stuff has been sprayed in the air?

Potential health effects: May cause eye irritation. May cause skin irritation, exzema and rash. May cause irritation of the digestive tract. Toxicological properties of this substance have not been fully investigated. Chronic ingestion of iodides during pregancy has resulted in fetal death, severe goiter and cretinoid appearance of the newborn.

And that's just for starters.

The evidence is overwhelming. Wake up folks, this is the most important thing we've got going against us right now.

Manipulating the weather might not be the more eco-friendly choice in the world, but that didnít stop LA County leaders from unanimously approving an $800,000 cloud seeding plan.

Spraying silver iodide into clouds to try to make them yield more precipitation is a lot more common than you might expect. Apparently, LA has been doing it off and on since the 50ís. With rainfall totals at record lows and increasing pressure being placed on the Colorado River, officials are not waiting for a miracle to save the day. The trouble with cloud seeding is: itís not an exact science and the environmental effects are not very well known.

This needs to be stopped NOW!

A truly scientific approach to rainmaking awaited the end of World War II. In 1946, two chemists at General Electric, Vincent Schaefer and Irving Langmuir, a Nobel Prize winner, observed that dry ice dropped into a cold cloud would provoke the crystallization of water vapor: snow. A third G.E. chemist, Bernard Vonnegut, brother of the novelist Kurt, showed that silver iodide — a pale yellow, odorless powder commonly used in photographic film — features a crystalline structure similar to ice and could prompt snow formation at warmer temperatures.

Deepwater Chemicals - Inorganic Iodides (http://www.deepwaterchemicals.com/inorganic_iodides.html)

Mr IAN COHEN: I direct my question to the Minister for Primary Industries. The United States Environment Protection Agency reviews indicate that silver is hazardous to plants and animals, particularly fisheries and wildlife resources. Given that ingestion of small amounts of silver can cause poisoning in humans as silver iodide is dissolved in ammonium iodide or cloud seeding, can the Minister guarantee that cloud seeding is not a source of recent algal blooms in the Australian high country? Can the Minister assure the House that there is no adverse impact on human health or the environment from cloud seeding?

The Hon. IAN MACDONALD: Again this represents the Greens' attack on any technological solutions to problems created by some forms of climate change. The Government's cloud seeding program is among the world's most important research projects. In relation to silver iodide, there is no discernible measurable impact on the environment from the use of it in studies on this program.

Interesting. If your reading this 6/27, go to Google, and put in chemtrails silver iodide, and hit "I'm feeling lucky" button.

It brings you to this thread!

I have to wonder when the first premise if so faulty. There have been a number of major hurricanes that made landfall in the US. 2003 and 2004 were especially bad years for these storms, with several 4s and 5s hitting the US. Just a quick glance at the history shows that every few years the US gets hit by one. SO add them steering storms into the US coast to your theory and it will be more consistent.

Thanks for this informations....clouds in rainbow colors are also a sign for chemtrails.
