The shoe thrower's strategy was exactly Japanese.

The surprise visit of US President George Bush has been overshadowed. Two shoes were thrown at him during a news conference.

But to tell the truth, the strategy of the Iraqi journalist was exactly the same as the one Japanese stalkers use.
