The real story is that our Military and Government officials acted in a wreckless manner.

The people of New York City did not NEED to have a reinactment of 911 thrust upon them.

Obviously, we're to think that it never crossed the minds of those persons responsible for this operation that it would mimic, to a certain degree, the events of 911.
