The Federal Reserve apparently can't account for $9 trillion in off-balance sheet transactions.

I know what happen to the $9 trillion. Let's just say that there is roughly just over $7 trillion dollars left of stimulus money to be loaned back to us... at interest of course.

Such a brilliant plan. Steal our money and loan it back to us with interest that can never be paid back. I'm gonna try this on some elementary student and make a fortune. :D
