Strange manuscript

While surfing the internet, I came across a personal website that had some sort of .pdf file called Paro and Intentio from a supposed secret society called Perfectus Imperium. Now he says: "fact or fiction, take it how it is." But, after reading the rest of his essays and articles, it seems that Ryan Rados would be skilled enough to have written this on his own. Either way, I found the manuscript intriguing nonetheless.

I have never heard of this secret society before, but I suppose a society that is truly secret, wouldn't be that easy to find. Check out the manuscript for yourself.
