Apparently these decisions were made by Uncle Teddy, as the reigning patriarch of the Kennedy clan.
I don't think I have to tell too many people on this forum that Ted Kennedy is totally in the pockets of the NWO, since they have a perpetual murder rap hanging over his head from his little Chappaquiddick sexcapade.
Only sister Caroline would have had any immediate input into the decision, and she has probably learned enough now to keep her head down and her mouth shut.
