Recent chatter has in fact confirmed that the extension of the Patriot Act, as well as more stringent controls on air traffic and travel, will prevent Santa Clause from entry into the United States. Animal control is also a concern regarding exotic strains of virus yet to be identified.

You are hereby notified that all personnell must provide gifts for their own families and friends this Christmas season until this situation can be rectified.
