An economically collapsed planet would force some hard solutions onto the problems of overpopulation. That is, after all, the root problem since it is the root decision made after the war, since it was politically impossible in all nation-states to tell the people the truth, that you've got to start controlling population growth because the planet's resources are diminishing.
The planet's future industrial economic infrastructure, based on the remaining non-renewable and semi-renewable resources that the planet can produce, this fraction doesn't work after you get much above 5 billion people on the planet.
This gets back to the "useless eaters" solution. How do you deal with so-called "excess" population? In a post-economically collapsed environment, a government is not really going to be able to provide any help. Like Africa, there will be mass starvation, but it will not be only in Africa anymore, but across the entire planet. Particularly in First World countries.
And this is where conspiracy reality meets conspiracy theory.

I think this may be an excuse for a more malevolent purpose. There is no such thing as over-population, only over-concentration. Our numbers will not exceed over 5 billion. This is scientific fact. There is plenty of land AND resources that could be utilized, but they pretend that this is a problem that cannot be solved. Bullshit. This earth is PERFECT for sustaining life and a full population, yet we are kept from prosperity. We are kept weak and struggling so that we are easy to please, and even easier to control.

Re: Pentagon Plans Forced Population Reduction in USA
But of course the cognitive illusion is strong.
The Council and others with the Malthusian agenda in mind consider most of us as "dogs". We belong outside or in the kennel, or worse, if we stray from home, the pound. They do not want a simple reduction of population across the board. They want to eliminate the "mongrels" from the world so that their "superior races" and blood lines can replace us. It's that simple. Whoever is left of the dogs will become the worker bees at the bottom of the ladder, etc.
There are top-level studies about overpopulation and starvation, disease, etc.; concentration in impoverished areas should be the focus: I agree with you, LaDominio. Just like the Man said, "Feed the poor."
Re: Pentagon Plans Forced Population Reduction in USA
As I have said before when you can use sea water to grow all the high quality food you need for TRILLIONS of people its obvious that all talk of overpopulation is anti-human BS!
Have any of you read "The Millenial Project" by Mashal Savage? His ideas of building massive floating islands that are not only selfsufficient but exporters of goods AND power is further proof.
Re: Pentagon Plans Forced Population Reduction in USA
Yes, most likely there are ways six billion could survive on the planet but we still have the issue of control, which is what it is all about. All they need do is turn off the oil spigot. Food production and distribution fall flat.
