Seems sometimes they loop me into past memories. I doesn't bother me, but I don't want to inflict that on other threads.

I think they're desperately trying to destroy evidence.

So, if that is the case, then we know who is behind it.

There was a meteorologist who recently left his job and reported to the public on CNN about "weather manipulation" and/or man-made disasters.

He implicated the Russians and/or Japanese as being responsible for the current deluge of disasters on his website.

He stated that "chemtrails" serve a purpose in that when EMF's are detected they can derail them.

Oh, sure!!

My guess would have been the Chinese or a Russian/Chinese venture. They could get a launch at a neutral site such as French Guiana and set up the transmission from a remote site.
BUT, and it's a BIG but:
The NSA would most certainly intercept any kind of EM focused beam transmission unless it's a new kind of modulation or an undetectable beam (not likely).
so, 1) The NSA know what is happening but cannot disclose anything, OR
2) The NSA knows but will never disclose anything because it's an inside job, sort of.

I am from asia, and my parents tell me this kind of weather has been going on for the longest time. The question is, why does the media want to make you aware of the tree that fell in the woods?

SO they can blame it on the Russians and/or Japanese.

This disinformation has already been floating around.

Our government has been "screwing" with the weather for decades.
