Pentagon cut and paste PDF error

The Pentagon released a report on what happened with Nicola Calipari and the wounding of kidnapped journalist Giuliana Sgrena.

It was in PDF and parted blacked out, but not properly because it can be pasted into Word and everything shows up.

I hav'nt read the entire report but my first impression is that this was a deliberate leak.

By allowing figures such as number of attacks, methods of attacks etc...to be known we are allowed some sympathy for the soldiers who are obviously over stretched and over stressed.

Also the name of the soldier IDENTIFIED as the shooter? "Specialist Mario Lozano". Nice that they identified the shooter from quite a few...and nicely Italian too.

Though the Pentagon is not immune from stuff up's...i find it a little contrived. I'm willing to bet a few shekles it's a deliberate release.

We are meant to think they have been exposed while the actual content simply states the obvious...stressed out Marines at check point.
