Mass hysteria is whats going on. It was a chemical explosion that sent fireballs into the sky. It was felt ten miles away..so I would expect that a fireball rose and fell before it was heard from this distance and it is an unsubstanciated report. Raport at that distance is a few seconds at least if not 5 or 6. Some one say ten miles away would see the fireballs then hear the explosion and it would have a reverse impression on the mind that a fireball or fireballs fell and then there was an explosion. My speculation anyway.
