I don't know Peter Schiff, but it does indeed seem like it's a pretty bad idea to have money reserves in dollars right now. A better investment would probably be gold, silver, collectible items or others goods that are fairly stable. Real estate is no longer a safe option and the stock market seems to have turned into some sort of casino.
