This is pure, unadulterated BS.
A tail-eating snake means there will eventually be no snake. Not a symbol of eternity, but rather self-destruction. The end gameplan of their "New World Order".

Technically, the snake would be nothing but a head after a while, unless the snake regenerates. But still, it relates to humanity never the less. We are eating ourselves to death (not literally).
