On a recent airing of the PBS show The McLaughlin Group, Pat Buchanan not only acknowledged that the Iraq War is destabilizing the entire region of the Middle East, but added that it was in fact the objective all along -- and a shared objective between Osama bin Laden and the United State government.

Freeman, don't you find it humorous but rather strange that the "right" is resurrecting "Jim Bob" Buchanan? Could it be that they need a Judas goat to lead those trying to see truth through the BS of government in a different direction, lest they read some of our posts and become really informed? :-D

Pat is now a recognized expert on the conservative agenda. Let's define terms phonetically: EXPERT - EX= a has-been SPIRT= a drip under pressure. Yep, that's Pat.

For all intents and purposes, he is as dead as Osama bin Laden. Dragging his carcass around the talk show circuit would be laughable if it weren't so pathetic. Looks like Hollywood isn't the only Likud headquarters that's out of fresh ideas. The Government is now doing reruns.

Even us hicks way out here in the sticks with computers and "enquiring minds" know that the Iraq War is destabilizing the entire region of the Middle East and that it was in fact the objective all along. It didn't take a Pat Buchanan coming along 3+ years later to tell us that.

When he stops short of saying that the whole debacle was, first and foremost, the wet dream of Aerial Sharon, his "neocons" and the International Banking Cartel who are always enriched and their position strengthened by war, he lies by omission. Don't we have enough liars within and without government running around loose? Do we really need another one?

Somebody please get the word to Pat, it is simply good manners to know when to leave.

I figure someone has to soften Bush up for the kill, and Buchanan is the man for the job, for the reasons you mention, Barbara.
Note how two years ago one couldn't find a negative sentiment expressed toward G. W. Bush in the lamestream media, and now he's the designated whipping boy.

Barbara,
It was hicks like you who reelected Bush into office. So yes there is a need for someone to get the hicks to get their heads out of their a-hole and follow the smoking gun. It seems that as long as he say he is Christian and stick it to them damn blacks. He is the top choice for the hicks. The hicks are getting hurt the most out of all this. Their children are the ones going to fight and die in the war. They will be hurt most by all of the budget cuts that Bush makes. Bush and his friends are reaping billions of dollars out of Iraq, while the hicks talk about crimes committed by the Katrina victims.
