Mentally Ill Man Gets Shot & Killed At Airport - :-o :-o :-o

Oops, ...

I read the story from Yahoo & it looks like they made a (really bad) miscall. His wife told them the guy was mentally ill & had not taken his medication right before they decided to put an end to his life. Then they checked everybody’s bags & found nothing. This looks really bad for those involved. The unnecessary & excessive use of force resulting in the death of an ill person w/o enough evidence to justify the killing. What if he really had a bomb in his bag? Is that the appropriate way to minimize (possible) damage?
