It's only one illuminati with agents all over the world. I guess your question is do they also control Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. It is obvious that they do. The majority of the rich families that control Africa, Asia, and the Middle East are a part of the illuminati. No matter what you call it, illuminati or not. I'm certain that all of the rich families in leadership roles in most coutries are working closely together to try to control the world's resources.
