I've come to the conclusion that Hitler was doing the "right" thing but at the wrong time.

As for the eugenics, the "pure race" was only the genetic base from which was to rise supermen, with actual superhuman powers. Hitler thought that the hyperacuity and other super abilities which manifest in multigenerational abuse victims could be genetically amplified in the gene pool. His vision, I believe, is kept alive by at least one Council member.
