The political mafia: subtle coercion and retaliation?
 

How are civilian locations chosen for biological and chemical weapons testing? I have a theory, and apologise for my lack of substantiation; it's still green and I hope others will help water and feed it.

The theory is that covert nonconsensual experimentaion on a mass scale can and probably will be used as a coercion tool against any municipality which openly resists the NWO, Patriot Act, etc.

Two such place recently in the news are:
1) Portland, Oregon
2) Lawrenceville, New Jersey

Well, maybe not Lawrenceville; the Peddie School is out that way so they won't compromise potential MK assets, will they?
