Reynolds Makes a Federal Case of 9/11 —
Sues NIST Contractors for 9/11 Plane Fraud

Summary:

Last month, the U.S. District Court, Southern New York, unsealed a 9/11 case filed by Dr. Morgan Reynolds, thereby making the case public. Reynolds is suing on behalf of the United States of America after the U. S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York who represents "the government" declined to intervene in the case. The suit, a so-called qui tam case, alleges that the 9/11 contractors NIST hired to investigate destruction of the WTC Towers on 9/11 defrauded the U.S. government of substantial money by rendering bogus, impossible physical analysis and animations about how two hollow aluminum aircraft (allegedly Boeing 767s) flew into a steel/concrete tower and disappeared. Yet it can be easily demonstrated, after a great deal of hard work by dedicated 9/11 researchers, that no planes hit the towers. The office of Reynolds' attorney, Jerry V. Leaphart of Connecticut, is now serving(notifying) the defendants in the suit, including Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Applied Research Associates (ARA), Boeing, American Airlines, United Airlines and Silverstein Properties. I will post new information on the case as developments warrant.

How was it that NO PLANES hit the towers, but what we saw on television were planes hanging out of the towers?

Have the 911 researchers explained this?

How was it that the planes disappeared?

Is that because there were no pieces recovered of their wreckage?

or

Because they obviously burned to ashes with the towers.

This case is being filed on BEHALF OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT because they were defrauded from substantial money due to the negligence of NIST investigators hired by them to report the findings of 911 and the Twin Towers.

Money from whom?

The victims?

I'd also like to know the names of the 911 researchers whom this article seems to rely on solely as their defense.

Like I said, it MAKES NO SENSE!

The airplanes did not glide through the towers. They were hanging out of the towers.

As far as your cartoon comment, it's over my head.

If you're insinuating that what we saw on television when the planes crashed into the towers, were cartoons, I don't buy it.

I'm sure you know I am not a fan of the US government and that I am certain 911 was an inside job.

I read the complaint and outlined what "sticks out like a sore thumb."

The complaint is being filed becase the contractors defrauded the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT out of money by not reporting the facts which point to an inside job according to 911 researchers?????

That is the most twisted logic I have ever heard in my life.

If the complaint were being filed AGAINST the government by 911 researchers who claim that 911 was an inside job and the inspectors defrauded the American PEOPLE that would MAKE SENSE.

Excuse me, but the AMERICAN people have been and were defrauded when the US government and Military Industrial Complex killed thousands of innocent people on 911.

All branches of government were working in concert with one another to affect a STANDDOWN.
