SENATE IN SESSION?
 

CNN carried a segmet this am with Sen Webb going into the senate alone and keeping the body formally in session supposedly to keep the Pres from making a cabinet appt that would not have to be approved by senators. Did I get this right?

Is this a trick to do a Fed Res 1914 rerun on Thanksgiving to pass some ominous legislation?
