Political question?

Is democracy without a government, socialism or democratic socialism?

Is a country democratic if a policy was created in a country without voting?

Is a country democratic if there was a hidden policy created by the government?

Democracy:

A form of government in which the people have a say in who should hold power and how it should be used.

Hard-pressed to find its' existence anywhere in the world, I would think.

I think you misunderstand its secrecy, PsyOps is not that secret. For example clinton apologises for the victims of the MKultra research. There has been a policy over psyops operations in vietnam which I saw on the internet somewhere.

I dont think psyops is that secret but maybe the different research involved in psyops have their own level of secrecy. My question about democracy was not specifically related to psychological research but a general question about democracy.

HUH?

I responded to your democracy question and nowhere in my response did I mention psychological operations.

I think you're on the wrong thread.

As far as Clinton's apology, not sure he specifically used the words MKULTRA.

I'm searching now and came up with another Clinton apology about a study done on men who thought they were receiving medication for syphilis, but were not and instead being studied to see how the disease progressed.

AllPolitics - Clinton Apologizes To Tuskegee Survivors - May 16, 1997

President Clinton apologized to the thousands of victims who were subjected to unethical experimentation in hospitals, universities and MILITARY BASES across America.

YouTube - President Clinton Apologizes for MK Ultra

SEE.

My initial comment was right.

He NEVER used the words MKULTRA or MIND CONTROL.

Scratch that.

Same sound byte of Clinton offering an apology from the United State's of America to those THOUSANDS of citizen's who were subjected to unethical experimentation.

The following is the text of the 35 SECOND clip:

YouTube - President Clinton admits to mind control experiments

THOUSANDS OF GOVERNMENT SPONSORED EXPERIMENTS DID TAKE PLACE AT HOSPITALS, UNIVERSITIES AND MILITARY BASES AROUND OUR NATION.

SOME WERE UNETHICAL NOT ONLY BY TODAY'S STANDARDS BUT BY THE STANDARDS OF THE TIME IN WHICH THEY WERE CONDUCTED.

THEY FAILED BOTH THE TEST OF OUR NATIONAL VALUES AND THE TEST OF HUMANITY.

THE UNITED STATE'S OF AMERICA OFFERS ITS' SINCERE APOLOGY TO THOSE OF OUR CITIZENS WHO WERE SUBJECTED TO THESE EXPERIMENTS AND TO THEIR FAMILIES AND TO THEIR COMMUNITES.

WHEN THE GOVERNMENT DOES.....

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Some were unethical not only by today's standards but by the standards of the time in which they were conducted!?!

Huh?

They WERE and ARE unethical regardless of the time in which they were conducted.

There will never be a TIME in which people are used unwittingly and unknowingly against their "own free will" as guinea pigs for government experimentation that is ethical.

One link reads:

President Clinton admits to mind control experimentation.

Another link reads:

President Clinton apologizes for MKULTRA.

Huh?

He neither admits to MIND CONTROL experimentation nor does he apologize for MKULTRA.

Re: Political question?

User said that psychological operations are not that secret because Clinton apologized for same.

HUH?

Clinton NEVER referenced "psychological operations" or MKULTRA nor did he ever say Mind Control victims.

He said:

"Unethical experimentation on citizens in hospitals, universities and military bases."

He forgot to include prisons.

HE can apologize all he wants and it runs off my back like a duck in water.

An apology is insufficient.

Restitution by the government to the victims is what I demand.

I also demand that "mind control" programs cease and desist and that these programs become public knowledge as to the "sadistic" nature of creating multiple personalities; the use of children in Mafia/CIA pornography and as sex slaves and that the "sadistic pigs" who abused me and thousands of other children receive appropriate punishment.

PERIOD.

I will settle for nothing less.

END OF STORY.
