So, about the economy ...

You all have any thoughts about what is going on right now?

Only that something is going on.

Our money isn't safe in THEIR stock market.

Our money isn't safe in THEIR banks.

With all the printing of greenbacks by the FED out of thin air to rescue their banking houses, seems the dollar is becomming more and more worthless.

Printing of greenbacks and taxing people like you and me (to the tune of 700 billion dollars) to pay for risky investments not made on my behalf.

So ... yeah.

what the fuck

Yeah, I know, it sucks, doesn't it?

They robbed so many people of their retirement funds during the INTERNET bubble on Wall Street during the late 90's and early 2000's.

That was the beginning.

They used the BIG SHOTS from their many investment firms to push this stock and that stock.

The stocks collapsed and so did the fortunes of many individuals.

Many of those who started these INTERNET companies made a fortune, such as the Mark dude from Broadcom and the heads of the financial institutions who brought them public.

Of late, they've caused mass amounts of home foreclosures by issuing BAD LOANS.

Oh, DUH.

I guess these financial wizards didn't know they were doing this?

Doesn't it figure?

WE, the people, get to pay for their purposeful mistakes.

Seems they want to cause a SUPER DEPRESSION.

So, the House rejects the bail-out plan and Wall Street plummets further.

When do you think they'll finally pass the bail-out plan?

They probably need a few more days so they can continue to rob Wall Street.

I have a feeling Bush & Co are going to push this thing through without a proper vote now. Much like he did with the war in Iraq. Congressional vote? Not needed if it doesn't go our way.

Yep.

You're absolutely right.

They're providing a show for the American people. That's all they ever do.

CONGRESS appears to be working for US regarding this bail-out bill, when, in fact, they are actually stalling and allowing panic to sweep Wall Street.

Because, like you said, Bush and Company, regardless of Congressional Vote will do as they please.

They've proven this.

They operate unchecked.

They have all the power.

They don't need Congress.

Our country exists on CREDIT.

That's how they have us by the b*lls.

Indebted to them always.

Without CREDIT, businesses suffer and so do individuals.

I'm certain you know the chain of events that follow.

We've been living with them for quite some time now.

Businesses close and/or major lay-offs.

Credit is tight.

You know the drill.

Looking for a financial expert to explain why it is that the current economic crisis facing the US is a "global" crisis.

Central banks cut rates, but markets stay fearful - Yahoo! News

Excerpt:

Britain said it was prepared to inject 50 billion pounds ($87billion) of taxpayer money into its banks.

------------------------------------------------------

Why are Britain and the world being affected by our bad bank loans?

How is it that America's financial crisis requires Britain to inject money into their banks?

Have THEY created an illusion?

As if the United State's financial crisis is capable of crippling the world's economy.

The only people capable of crippling and collapsing the United State's economy are those who control the FED, their banks, the investment companies and Wall Street.

The Banksters.

I love how the FED is referred to as the government. The FED is a private entity.

Seems now the FED has a perfect opportunity to swallow up some private banks that aren't owned by them.

Excerpt:

The Bush administration is considering taking part ownership stakes in certain U.S. banks as an option for dealing with a severe global credit crisis.

Huh?

The BUSH ADMINISTRATION is considering taking ownership?

How so?

The White House considers ownership stakes in banks?

Huh?

How so?

So, who is taking part ownership in these failed, private banks?

The Bush Administration, The White House or the FED?
