Question, why are tanks going to Kenya, and who is sending them there??

By now, you have probably heard about the pirates holding the ship for
ransom, loaded with 33 Russian made tanks.

Now we have a US ship, a Russian ship, and an unnamed country's ship surrounding this
frigate.

WTF.

Wouldn't a ship carrying this kind of firepower have a considerable on-board security force?

Here's my thought on this.

It's a CIA/MI5/KGB controlled ship supplying the ongoing war in Kenya and Somalia.

This whole thing stinks to high heaven.

CNN just reported the pirates story and didn't mention or speculate who paid for them in the first place. It's all very shady.
