I saw an advanced screening and thought it was pretty damn funny. Probably Smith's best in awhile. Anyway, I'm sure you've all heard about the poster being banned in the <st1:country-region><st1>States</st1></st1:country-region> which is totally retarded. Here it is:

So is this just a reflection of Puritan mania ala Bush government? Or has it always been this way? Will Obama (if he wins) change the way censorship is utilized? Is the word "porno" really that bad???

What sense does that make?

What about the title of the film?

Oh Emma.

Anyhoo, I'm a big Kevin Smith fan so I'm going to go see this just to support him. And yes Blue, networks have been purposely changing the title of the movie when they speak about it, just calling it Zack and Miri.

Reminds me of the time (way back when) that a new James Bond movie was coming out and it was called Octopussy. One of the local NY film critics (Gene Shallot) went out of his way to mispronounce this title. It was pretty funny.

Sure, they can call it Zack and Miri, but the title is:

Zack and Miri make a Porn.

So, the title hasnt' changed.

I would suggest that yes the word PORN is distasteful and this movie depicts the type of BETA programming that is targeted at our youth.

Loss of sexual inhibition.

I wouldn't see this movie if you paid me to do so because I don't support the controller's agenda.

The MPAA (motion picture association of america) was the authority that banned the poster.
