Search Function
The Search Function on this website leaves a lot to be desired.
Apparently, only one WORD and ONE word ONLY can be searched and, because of this, the results are staggering. For instance. I know that our former moderator, JustGroovy, authored a thread about the economy. I believe the title was, "The Economy." When I use the search function and type in "The Economy," I receive a message saying that it couldn't find anything. If I use the search engine and type in, "Economy," I am provided with about three thousand pages of threads where the word "economy" has been written. What the heck? Am I doing something wrong or does the search engine on this site leave a lot to be desired as I have suggested? |

Re: Search Function
hi there :)
the problem is it had a three letter word in the sear4ch. you need to have more than three letters in a word when you search. it sucks, but its to stop the massive results that three letters would bring back. hopefully VB will come up with a better fix for this in the future :( susie |
