Was Katrina a weather control experiment ? The Mississipi delta is the artery of exportation for most agricultural goods. If the river is blocked somehow, the whole harvest will be in danger.
Watch the looting in New orleans and the calls for Martial law...is this an experiment ? Where will they put the 1 million homeless people ? In internment camps ?
