The one that I see repeated time and time again, on the 'net, and with my circle of peers is that the war was necessary as Saddam was refusing to let U.N. weapons inspectors in.
When you show them evidence that the inspectors WERE back, and were withdrawn from Iraq because the U.S. were about to start bombing, they go quiet.
Then repeat the same lines the next day, refusing to absorb the truth.
There's always neocon talk radio sayin' the same thing, parroting the Saddam/mass graves of own people/real bad guy line when they purposely fail to mention he's employed by the CIA.
So pardon me while I burst into flames.
