Could anything be more incongruous than Bush apologizing for gross incompetence while displaying an ongoing reminder of his longest-running boner to date -- the war in Iraq?
Why would he take this opportunity to make such an admission, with the puppet President of Iraq's failed attempt at democratic colonization looking over his shoulder and reminding eveyone in attendance of the administration's track record?
