The Talmud allows the Israelis to do whatever they want with other human beings. Last year the police here busted a scheme from israeli mafia to send poor people from the Northeast of Brazil to clandestine clinics in South Africa to have one kidney removed and transplanted to Israelis. The poor guy would get some money in return. They actually sent some people.
The problem is that Israel's health insurance was paying the bills !!!!!!
