THEY do not adhere nor follow the "Constitution." When "entities" are created such as the "Psychological Strategy Board," the PNAC, the Council for Foreign Relations, they make the rules therein and follow them according to their blueprint for the "New American Century."

If, these boards are created without "executive order," how then can they be abolished?
