I agree with that generally, but I don't see the two groups you identify as being the major power brokers in the game. They are also pawns, possibly even subordinate in the overall hierarchy to the Jews.
But there is someone above the Masons, Jews and Jesuits. Beyond the general concept of Satanism I have not been able to identify that entity any more clearly.
