The antiChrist according to the Bible is clearly a regular man. He will be possesed by Satan eventually. because he wil have all the nations at his feet and require worship, I guess it will not be hard to identify him when the time comes.
Abbadon is a powerful demon that comes out of the abyss after antiChrist is already running his game. The Bible also says that it is apointed for men to die once and then judgement, so he will be no Nero ressurected.
If you want a guess, I would bet on Prince Bill.
