Is this term an oxymoron ?

Instead of Howard's assertion that it give people greater freedom of choice, I've come to realise that it's bullshit.

I used to think that the two systems were both necessary, and complimentary, but now disagree.

The private system is corrupt. Patients become "profit centres", and the arseholes don't even have the decency to refer to them as customers.
