I do not know where to begin. I have worked in both areas extensively. I will give you NAMES and places if you like, quite happily.

I will be back. But yes, they ARE profit centers. That is ALL that is discussed at meetings. The public health system simply rocks! It may not have the best looking hospital but you will find the VERY best surgeons and staff their.
