New Orleans was said to be "inept" and the cause of much of the trouble. As PBS seems to have discovered...FEMA was a DELIBERATE cockup. It was NOT ineptitude no matter how many people left after Bush came in. The State of Louisiana seemed to be reasonably on the ball.
There is SO much stuff here it's hard to know where to begin. There is SERIOUS "in house" Elite Bush bashing. He surely is marked for a "heart attack". 22 meg WMV File
