Its a long story - called the Bible.
Just read it. Makes the ULTIMATE SENSE.
Its just plain old common sense based on observation of the world. Nothing else makes sense for lasting hapiness for everyone.
But, if you don't know Jesus, at least start with a positive path and trust the Holy Spirit promptings which all "true" paths to God do.
Then the fruits are: Peace, Love - ya know, good things - FOR ALL.
