in Portuguese, as in English, you should say "2006 IS mine" and not "ARE mine". The translation would be "2006 é meu" , singular verb, and not "são meus".
In the way it is written, it sounds like your cuddly baby pet goat owns 2006 pieces of something or 2006 persons.
