There are cycles of political and military upheaval, the "44-year Cycle", etc. I wonder if the 60-something cycle has more to do with a two-generation evolution in social and political thinking? A generation being approx. 30 to 35 years long.

Watch China and Russia consolidate power while Korea gets squeezed like a tube of toothpaste. Korea would make a nice parking lot, don't you think??

Watch the quiet and patient consolidation of power in the old countries of Europe.

But don't watch that arrogant ass in Iran; he's nothing but a red herring. If Iran poses a real threat, a few bunker busters will take care of it. Nothing more than a TO for the weekend.
