Yes, the African countries have suffered greatly since imperialism, but even before imperialism, there were tribal factions and kingdoms fighting each other.
How is it that Africa can really be helped by being controlled by the U.N.? That's assuming that African countries will give up their nation state status and sovereignty, which is unlikely.
They may be forced, however, to give in to the U.N. New World Order. But the various factions that are now at each other's throats (political, religious) aren't going go away under the New World Order. Perhaps U.N. "peacekeeping" forces will have to go in and control Africa?
