Another reason they were chosen was because
they were a minority ... Imagine for example
if the Chinese had the truth ... we would
be speaking Chinese and eeking out a
living death in sweatshops right now.
By choosing a minority and telling them
to stay a minority at least some "potential"
balance of power exists.
