Yes, that philosophical genre is extremely popular out here, too, except it is popular with the Freemasons, New Agers, Pagans, etc. so you can understand my ambivalence regarding the "Opposite but Equal" kind of stuff.
As for my philosophy, I believe that peanut butter and jelly need each other to be fully apprehended; without jelly (or jam, if you must) peanut butter would be misundersttod as ubiquitous and not apprehended as a unique element of a sandwich, and so it goes . . . :-D
