There are arm caches all over Africa. They only become more prevalent when African leaders try to break away from the grip of Western imperialism. In the myth of the end of colonialism, most Africans assumed that they had achieved their independence. Time has shown that in actuality Africans are more under the grip of colonialization than they ever were in the past.
