There is a paucity of information in the public domain regarding holography which utilizes non-visible EM wavelengths, specifically the wide-band and spread-spectrum applications. There most certainly are stealth and other EM camouflage applcations in research, and I would surmise that the same principle can be used in land-based situations, over many acres, for weather modification and control.
Are there any white papers within my reach on these subjects?
