Even from my meager survey of world cultures, it is easy to surmise that Europe has no monopoly on ethnocentrism and nationalism, etc. The imperialism of Japan during WW II is one example.
The paradox of the "diversity program" is that mandated egalitarianism can be used as a fulcrum to topple traditional political and cultural boundaries. This, I believe, is the underlying principle, whether Makow is alluding to it or not.
